How long does shipping take?
Our allowed processing time for shipping your order is 5 business days. However we typically get your order in the mail sooner. If you are needing your order sooner, please select a faster shipping option as well as email us at email@example.com to request your order be sent asap. We always try to accomodate. Shipping costs a flat rate $5 within the US, unless you select an expedited shipping option like USPS priority.
What's up with preorders?
You will sometimes see an item on the website listed as a preorder. This means the item is for sale, but not yet in our possession. It could be in the midst of being made/manufactured or it could be on its way to us. Either way we always quote an expected ship window on the product page. These windows are subject to change. You are allowed to cancel the item if it has not yet been shipped to you.
Are you looking for brand reps?
The short answer is no. We get a lot of inquiries from well-meaning individuals who want to trade product for content on social media. We prefer to work with people who are invested in our well being as a brand. This means you have a history of supporting our store, engaging with us on social media, etc. We find this builds more genuine connections and relationships with our customers and future customers.
